1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bdg89 website accessible at bdg89.io and all associated services, products, and features operated thereunder.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdg89 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration and KYC verification on bdg89.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdg89 platform or completing the account registration process, you represent that:

3 Eligibility

Users in Prohibited Territories must not register or use the platform. bdg89 does not accept liability for any consequences arising from use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bdg89 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Account Registration

To register an account with bdg89, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other supported payment account. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your details change, you must update your account profile promptly or notify our support team. bdg89 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdg89 immediately by contacting [email protected].

5 KYC Verification

Before real-money features are enabled, all bdg89 Users must successfully complete the KYC identity verification process. As part of KYC, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Birth registration certificate combined with a secondary proof of identity
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

bdg89 may request additional documentation at any time where required to satisfy ongoing due-diligence obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of real-money features and, where applicable, the freezing of account balances pending resolution.

All KYC documents submitted to bdg89 are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to bdg89 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.

bdg89 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdg89 accepts no responsibility. Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into your account and that is registered in your verified name. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bdg89 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests made in respect of funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.

6.3 Currency

The bdg89 platform operates exclusively in BDT. All displayed balances, odds, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is offered or applied by the platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bdg89 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the respective offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period and are removed from the account without compensation.
• bdg89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements are fully met.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bdg89 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

bdg89 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet or wager where:

• A technical error or pricing error has occurred that resulted in odds being offered at clearly incorrect levels.
• An event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed from its originally scheduled format.
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of the event in question.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable product rules.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the User's account balance. No additional compensation is payable in respect of a voided bet.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and network latency. bdg89 accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the User's side. All accepted bets are confirmed and final at the time the system records the acceptance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bdg89 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or exploit-driven wagering behaviour that abuses promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity through the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment without express written consent from bdg89.

bdg89 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, bdg89 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and transactions, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdg89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. The platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Caps: Set a maximum duration for each login session to manage your time on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of bdg89.

The bdg89 name, logo, and associated marks are the registered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdg89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or any of its features.
• Any technical interruptions, server downtime, or maintenance periods affecting platform availability.
• Loss of funds resulting from forgotten login credentials, unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable precautions, or errors in payment details submitted by the User.
• Any third-party payment provider's failure, delay, or error in processing a deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Any decision made by bdg89 in good faith to void, cancel, or amend a bet in accordance with these Terms.

The bdg89 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary interruptions without advance notice.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Amendments to These Terms
